This is a perfect mode for all of the new players who are just starting to play Minecraft and who still need to learn a lot of things. Also, in this mode, you will be able to enjoy the game without all of those annoying mobs who are always on your way. Another great thing is that you won't have to pay any attention to the health and hunger bars, they are excluded from this mode too.
But, Survival Mode, on the other hand, is a whole different story. This mode is recommended for a bit experienced players who have played Minecraft before. The reason for that is that you won't have any resources, everything will have to be mined by yourself. This is where you will have to pay special attention to the hunger and health bar.
In order to stay alive and not starve to death, you will need to find food or craft it.A similar thing goes for the health, you won't be able to do anything you want and still stay perfectly healthy. You will have to defend yourself from the mobs and avoid rivers and lava because that will most certainly kill you.

The objective of the game remains the same as its PC and Console Edition counterparts, where players can build virtual realities in a sandbox-like environment. Like its counterparts, Pocket Edition also has survival elements present in other versions of the game such as brewing, hunger, and dimensions like the Nether in Pocket Edition. The multiplayer mode is cross-platform compatible between all touch-screen devices capable of running Pocket Edition.
The HUD and other elements are adapted to mobile standards of gameplay. Interactions are made via touchscreen (both the iOS and Android versions of Pocket Edition have the same gameplay). To comply with the disadvantages of touchscreen gameplay, several features were revised. For instance, the crafting system uses the MATTIS system and items are disposed by long-tapping their icon on the hotbar. why can't I craft a Saddle
Listen, Minecraft is an amazing game that keeps my 8 soon to be 9 year old and I occupied for hours and hours on in. Which is totally awesome my only gripe, through all the updates, all the plugs, and bug fixes, why, oh why can't we craft a saddle? Are you game developers trying to just punish us or torture us? Yes, I know I can search for a saddle. I can't even fish and maybe catch a saddle. With all the different hidden chest in the game, from the desert temples, to the jungle temples even in the spawner rooms I have a good chance to find a saddle. But give me a break I mean we can even now craft horse armor but what good is having the ability to craft horse armor if you cannot ride the horse? Listen not being able to craft a saddle is not going to stop me from wanting to play this amazing game with my Son until we fall asleep with the controllers in our hands while our characters run in place into a wall, but as an addicted Minecraft player, on the Xbox as well as on my iPad mini, I just ask, dare I say beg for you Game developers to please, Please give us this one solid and allow us to craft saddles for the horses PLEASE!!!
how to add trading
I have been playing (MCPE) since the beginning even when they had stone cutters in survival. That was a long long long time ago. Trust me a very long time ago like for real!!! I love that I got to play during the game evolving over and over and over again.!!!.!! I really like playing (MCPE), Mc Xbox 360, and we'll soon to be pc and I probably will be great at hardcore cuz I'm great at redstone and surviving!!!!! I really wish they could seriously add trading in the next update because I really think they was in 0.16.0 cuz I was at a villager in survival and was on crouch and it showed this button that said 'Open' but it didn't do anything but I'm pretty sure it was for trading!!! Reply to this if u had the same thing happen to u!!!! So if u were, Mojang peeps, going to add trading in the last update but it didn't work, can u add it in the next update PLZZZZZ!!!!! By all means the new update is great with features. But there is so many bugs it is quite hard to do much of them. I load the game, and there is about a 25% chance of the game
crashing before I even get to the title screen. Once I get there when I hit the play button to start I have to wait two minutes for the world list to load, once I get there and I load a world it's another two minutes to get into the game. When I am ready to get off and I press save and quit it's two minutes of a black screen with only the controls showing then either the game crashes or I get to the title screen. In game I have this issue where I will suddenly be looking a random direction and also break a block if I'm in creative mode. This is no rare thing. It happened about every 30 seconds or so. Great features. Bugs fixes and engine improvements needed.
The slowness is not me having a old device. I just got a new 64 bit device this Christmas.
Also I would like the old world list system back. It looked and work better. The new one when I scroll the world a had my thumb on to scroll will select and take me into the world (plus 2 minutes) then I log out (plus 2 minutes with a chance of crashing) Title screen play button (plus 2 minutes). I like the game just extremely buggy and slow right now also my never dying hate for the new world select screen. I would love it for the bugs to be fixed and maybe switch back to the old world select. Thank you.

Love new updates Love the newest update and festive mash-mashup, my kids have been waiting for awhile now. Bug that needs to be fixed, my daughter and I had no problem opening the pack on our devices. But my son can't get it to open on his phone. When I click to purchase again, it goes to google play but then says error already purchased. When he goes into his game the festive mashup is still showing that it's locked.

Best game ever! It's addictive! It has great graphics and if you add shaders to your world it makes it look even better. One of the most creative games ever. There are endless possibilities you can do with this. I do have a bug though that hasn't been fixed yet. The bug is while I'm playing at random times, when I've stopped and looked around and go to move and touch the button to move forward, it makes me look down and spin in a random direction that's not the way I want to go. This needs to be fixed quickly.
